Here we show the two side by side without blending them: each provider’s stated shipping terms, taken from our verified price index, and what customers who wrote about delivery actually experienced. Any day count a reviewer gives is quoted exactly.

Which GLP-1 provider ships fastest?
embody, DirectMeds, TrimRx make the fastest stated promise, with overnight or 1-2 day delivery. Longer stated windows: welludr (3-5 business days); altRx (5-7 days). Medvi, SHED offer free delivery but give no time frame. Of 232 reviews we captured, 52 talk about delivery, and 35% of those give the provider 3 stars or fewer.
The quotes below tell a consistent story. When shipping fails, a first order or a refill leaves days later than promised, occasionally arriving after the customer’s scheduled injection day. Keep in mind that the promises are official statements, while the outcomes are single customer accounts.
How does each provider’s shipping promise compare with reviews?
“Published shipping” is the provider’s own delivery statement as stored in our price index (checked October 16, 2026). “Mention delivery” is the number of captured reviews whose title or text hits our delivery keyword rule. “4-5★” is the percentage of those reviews that give 4 or 5 stars.

How we built this comparison, and its limits
- Stated shipping. Taken from each provider’s own materials and stored in our verified price index on October 16, 2026. If a provider gives no delivery time frame, the table shows that.
- Customer reports. Trustpilot reviews copied word for word from each provider’s public profile, with reviewer names shortened. We count a review as a delivery mention when its title or text includes ship, deliver, arrive, tracking, FedEx, package or refill. Every provider is scored with that same rule.
- Day counts. Quoted sentences that are about delivery and also give a time span, such as “2 days”, “overnight” or “three days late”. Each describes one customer’s experience with one order.
- Limits. Sample sizes are small and vary by provider, unhappy customers tend to post more, and a first order (which includes the clinician review) behaves differently from a refill.
