We reopened Medvi's Trustpilot page on September 25, 2026 and read the latest reviews instead of the headline score.
5 stars: reviewers name the people who helped them. "Theresa was thoughtful and explained all of her observations." "Nurse was very informative and pleasant to talk with." "My provider was very helpful. She listened to my concerns and made proper adjustments." "Tomica, the company rep was outstanding." Some carry Trustpilot's "Invited" label, meaning Medvi requested the review after an appointment; others were unprompted. The theme is unchanged from August: customers are rating the clinical contact.
4 stars: the most practical feedback. One customer "at first had a hard time canceling my monthly subscription, but they did finally get that taken care of" and would like "an every other month, or just buy as needed" option; Medvi only bills monthly. Another likes the RN, provider and coaching support but wants "a solid audio-video connection to see whom you're speaking with" and to see their credentials. Shorter ones: "Quick, easy, to the point." "Very personal, communicated all needs." Medvi answers these publicly.
1 star: few, but serious and specific.
- A prepaid annual plan renewed after 11 shipments without notice and was refunded only after BBB, FTC and state attorney-general complaints.
- A charge taken before any clinician contact, then a wrong-dose shipment and a refused refund.
- A transferring patient repeatedly sent a starter dose instead of the maintenance dose.
- Contact that stopped after five months, with no cancellation confirmation across three calls.
One reviewer also says Medvi's tirzepatide tops out at 11.125 mg, which we have not verified. These complaints are a small slice of 14,987 reviews, but they group around billing, renewals and cancellation. Read the renewal terms before prepaying and get the cancellation route in writing.
