First dose said 3-5 days and I got it in 8 days. I'm now on my second dose, money taken out of my bank 2 weeks ago and I'm 3 days past my medication taking day. This is 8 days after my new dose was approved by a N.P. that I had a video chat with. I'm sure this will affect the weight loss!!”

Customer service answers without checking full history, they provided multiple texts and emails, all from different people, all saying something different. I paid for something over two weeks ago that I did not get, and each person I talk to says "no refund policy" (didn't ask for one) or that I already got the medication. So if you want initial service with no ongoing correct follow up, this is the provider for you.”
